The firm has been providing services to clients in The Gambia for over 40 years. Starting off as Pannell Kerr Fitzpatrick and later Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF), the firm joined the Deloitte network in May 1998 as an affiliate of the Ghana Practice of Deloitte & Touche. On the 1st of April 2011, the firm changed its name to DT Associates - The Gambia becoming an Independent Correspondence Firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited.
