Mrs. Aji Penda Sankareh is the Managing Partner of the Firm with more than Nineteen (19) years experience in the Firm. Aji headed the Advisory Unit as Senior Manager prior to becoming a Partner in the Firm. Her experience extends from Audit to Due Diligence, Corporate Advisory, Valuations, Feasibility Studies, Business Plans, Preparation of Manuals, Internal Audit reviews and other financial management services. As the Managing Partner, Aji oversees the implementation of all the assignments carried out by the Firm, and reviews all audit files/reports, attending executive level meetings with clients, quality control and providing the needed leadership, support and advice to the rest of the team.

Modika has been with the firm for more than Seven (7) years and has prior audit experience with KPMG. He serves as both the Senior Manager responsible for the Advisory Services Department and Manager for Audit Engagements.

As the Advisory Services Senior Manager, he supervises and leads a team of Senior Consultants, Consultants and Business Analysts, leading client meetings, review reports and providing the needed advice, support and leadership during assignments.

Modika supports the Managing Partner in setting the Advisory and Firm-wide strategies including new products development, process improvement and introducing innovative new ways of client service delivery.

He is the Firm's focal person for IFRS related assignment and has worked with top performing clients in the Financial Services Industry in this segment.

Modika delivers training courses for some of the Firm's main clients on external audit matters both locally and overseas. He partakes in the Firm's audit process trainings as a facilitator to ensure sufficient knowledge transfer of the Firm's audit tools, methodologies, policies and practices to other staff members.

Modika has completed several national and international training programs on IFRS and other subjects organized by various international institutions such as the IMF, World Bank, Deloitte Ghana etc to name a few.

He was a Resource Person at a training conducted by WAIFEM on Auditing Public Debt Management.

In addition to being FCCA (Fellow member of the Chartered Certified Accountants), Modika has MBA Finance and BSc in Applied Accounting.

Ramatoulie is an audit manager within the firm and is working as a team member in major audit engagements especially the Financial services industry, Public sector Institutions, Hospitality and Leisure industry, etc. She demonstrates strong ability to work under pressure and to face challenging and complex clients.She has worked with various clients in the different industries and is a great manager and team leader who interacts well with her clients.

Ramtoulie is a member of ACCA and the Gambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (GICA).

Mariama Camara Cham

Senior Manager / Head of HR and Admin - ICSA

Mariama is the Senior Manager practice management and head of Human Resources and Admin of the Firm. She has been with the Firm for Twenty (20) years. Mariama is responsbile for all HR and administration issues including conducting annual staff performance reviews, work scheduling with the functional heads, etc. She also leads all recruitment processes on behalf of clients, conducts salary surveys and acts as the Marketing and Communications Manager in the absence of the Clients & Markets Consultant.
